On February 26, the first "China-Africa Arbitration Day", jointly organized by China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), the African Arbitration Promotion Association (APAA), and the Arbitration and Mediation Centre of the Cameroon Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Crafts (CAM-CCIMC), was successfully held in Douala, Cameroon. The event attracted warm and wide attention across Africa. The groundbreaking initiative established a  crucial platform for resolving China-Africa economic, trade, and investment disputes through arbitration and mediation. It holds profound and positive significance for deepening China-Africa economic and trade cooperation and facilitating the steady economic development of both sides.
